How We Started
DPJ Law Group PLLC was founded with the goal of addressing the high cost of legal services for a community that can't always afford the rates charged by large law firms. Our firm is a Colorado-based law firm dedicated to resolving landlord/tenant disputes, evictions, and security deposit issues throughout the State. Our streamlined model allows us to offer personalized attention and direct involvement in each client's case. By keeping our overhead low, we can provide high-quality legal services at affordable rates. We're committed to building strong relationships with our clients through exceptional service and a results-oriented approach.

Dag Johnsrud is a tried and tested Real Estate and Evictions attorney. An early love of law and debates crystallized into a personal mission after one of his friends got in trouble.

"In high school, I had a friend that found himself on the wrong side of the law," Dag says. "I saw how his attorney turned what could be a life- altering mistake into a learning experience with minimal legal consequences. It seemed like a magician making the impossible become reality."

Now Dag enjoys making that magical difference for others. He has handled complex cases involving contract law, negligence, and especially personal injury. He has fought for tenants' rights and also helped landlords reclaim profitability and value from their properties.

Dag is an outdoor enthusiast in his free time. He enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, running, and camping. He also has a unique talent for riding unicycles.
